Animalón is a delicious restaurant based under a 100-year-old oak tree located in Valle de Guadalupe. There are two ways to dine, chose the 8-meal course or chose from la carta. Either way you chose everything is delicious; I of course cannot finish an 8-meal course so I chose from la carta. Chef Javier Plascencia created an amazing way to dine and made it a great experience! You don’t want to miss it!
