One of the things that I loved about visiting Cape Town were the views! When I had googled the city for the first time I was so impressed I just had to go and check it out for myself! One the of ways that I thought would be a good idea was to take a helicopter ride. This is actually my second time riding on a helicopter, the first time was not as great because I got dizzy really fast. This time I came prepared and ready to enjoy the whole ride. I booked with Helicopter Cape Town and loved it! We were on a big comfy helicopter and of course had to share; there is private tours too, but we didn’t mind sharing. It lasted about an hour and the pilot would go along a share along fun facts about the Cape Town peninsula. Whichever window you are seated there is no issue because the pilot goes back in order for the other passengers to see the same scenery. I was a little nervous thinking I would get dizzy but I made it back in one piece!
Another way we decided to get some awesome views was to get on the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway. This is one of the most visited attractions in Cape Town so you better be patient because there is long lines for this. Furthermore, there is a lot of fun facts about this Cableway, for example, the floor of the cabin rotates so everyone can have a 360 view. I thought that was great! It has also won many awards such as TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence 2014 which I follow all the time. Last but not least, it was nominated one of the seven wonders of the world! It has such breathtaking views I love it! When I was up there it was so cold I couldn’t stand it. Everything was completely white and we couldn’t see a thing. We went to a little cafe (which everyone else did too) and waited to see if it cleared. I think we lasted about an hour and decided to go back down when all of a sudden it would clear just a view seconds and I of course ran to take a selfie. I was literally too cold to function for any more pictures. Luckily I got to experience those views even though I wasn’t as long as I had hoped for.

Lo que más me encantó de Ciudad del Cabo fueron los paisajes! Cuando busque la cuidad por primera vez en google estaba impresionada. Sabia que tenia que ir y ver la ciudad por mi misma. Una de las maneras que pensé sería perfecto era tomar un paseo en helicóptero. Esta fue la segunda vez que me subí a un helicóptero, y me fue mejor porque la primera vez me maree muy rapido. Para disfrutar todo el paseo, me fui preparada tomandome unas pastillas así que estuvo excelente. Reserve a través de la empresa Helicopter Cape Town y quedé fascinada con el paseo. Nos fuimos en un helicóptero increiblemente comodo pero claro que tuvimos que compartirlo. Si prefieren algo exclusivo, la empresa ofrece tours privados para su comodidad pero a nosotros no nos molestó compartir. El paseo dura aproximadamente una hora y el piloto te da información sobre datos interesantes de la península de Ciudad del Cabo. En cualquier ventana que te toque, podrás ver todos los paisajes porque el piloto hace una vuelta que permite a ambos lados ver lo mismo para ser justos. La verdad, si estaba algo nerviosa al pensar que me podría sentir mal durante el paseo, pero gracias a Dios regrese sana y salva.
Otra manera en cual decidimos ver esta hermosa ciudad fue en subirnos al teleférico de Table Mountain. Esta es una de las atracciones más visitadas de la cuidad, asi que preparate para filas largas. El teleférico rota a 360 grados para que todos los pasajeros tengan la oportunidad de ver el mismo paisaje. A mi me parecio una buenisima idea. También a ganado varios premios como el Certificado de Excelencia 2014 de TripAdvisor. Y aun algo más impresionante es que ha sido nominado como una de las Siete Maravillas del Mundo. Tiene unas vistas hermosas. Cuando fui a visitar estaba haciendo un frio tan inmenso que no podia con mi alma. Todo estaba completamente blanco cubierto de nubes y no se podía ver nada. Nos fuimos a un café (como todo mundo huyendo del frío) y nos esperamos una hora para ver si se despejaba. Cuando decidimos regresar por instantes nomás se despejaba y fui para poderme tomar una foto y claro lo unico que pude conseguir fue una selfie porque mi cuerpo con tanto frio no aguantaba para mas fotos. Me sentí afortunada de poder apreciar aunque fueron en ratos los paisajes de esta linda cuidad.
